SNAP is a branch of the National Student Nurses' Association at Waynesburg College in Waynesburg, PA. Meetings are generally conducted on the second Wednesday of every month at noon lasting about 30 minutes. All students and faculty are welcome to come and participate at all meetings. The cost is $45.00 to join with a local chapter fee of $5.00. Being a member allows you to attend NSNA sponsored events, conventions, apply for scholarships, and discounts on NCLEX study preparation materials.
Waynesburg College's SNAP organization sponsors speakers and participates in local events to raise money for charities and promote health awareness programs to the community of Waynesburg. All of the events are free to the public and campus community.
SNAP is a well recognized organization on the college campus and all nursing students are encouraged to join in on the fun and savings for their future journey into nursing.
